Kitchen, living room with chimney, bathroom with bathtub and shower, seperate toilet, first bedroom with queen size bed 160x200 are located on the ground floor. Both the living room and the bedroom open on to the large terrace.
A beautiful oak staircase with art ironwork leads you to the middle floor with a twin bedroom, twice 90x200 and bedroom with queen size bed, the second bathroom with spacious shower and seperate toilet.
Another small twin bedroom is located on the upper floor together with a cosy lounge area.
If required, the Syrah can be divided into two apartments with separate keys and separation door.
